Who is the POS Service Group?

Where can the services be ordered?

Our services can be commissioned throughout Germany. We are also active in Austria, Switzerland and the Benelux countries. Coordination is carried out from our head office, while our well-equipped service technicians are distributed decentrally in the countries listed. They come directly to your end customers' homes to ensure a fast and efficient service.

Is a contract required?

No, a contract is not required. There is no contract commitment and no minimum quantity. You can use our services without any long-term obligations. Commissioning is simple and straightforward.

Are POS service technicians permanently employed?

Yes, our POS service technicians are permanent employees. This is in line with our company philosophy of working with permanent employees. This enables us to guarantee our own standards of consistently high quality. All service technicians receive comprehensive training at the POS development center.

How is an order placed?

The order is placed via your personal login in the partner portal or via an interface. You will receive your access data or the interface description at the start of the collaboration.

Who will coordinate the appointments?

We take care of all relevant tasks, from scheduling and notification to communication with the end customer. Our service covers the entire process up to the customer visit, including the preparation of a detailed visit report.

Repair & cleaning: Does the end customer have to be present during the visit?

Our service technician can largely carry out the planned work alone. We would ask the end customer to be present on site during processing so that we can answer any queries.
