We, POS Polsterservice, became known in the furniture industry in 1987 as an on-site repair service. Since then, we have continued to develop: Today, we are proud to be one of the European market leaders in "full service" for on-site services for end customers. We combine the upholstery service, kitchen furniture service and measuring service divisions under the POS Service Group umbrella brand.

Our permanently employed service technicians visit over 1,700 households in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Benelux countries every day. Satisfied customers are always at the center of everything we do!

Upholstery service

Since 1987, we have been one of Europe's leading specialists for the professional repair, cleaning, maintenance and complaint handling of upholstered furniture. This includes sofas, armchairs, beds, office chairs, car seats and contract seating. Our qualified service technicians work directly on site at your or your customers' premises. Typical damage such as burn holes, tears, open seams or excessively soft upholstery is repaired reliably and professionally. We also expertly repair damage to covers, mechanical components, frames or electrics. Quality is our top priority. That is why we rely on craftsmanship, excellently trained employees and modern technical and logistical equipment. Our aim is to restore upholstered furniture quickly, sustainably and to the highest quality, making it both functional and visually appealing.

Kitchen furniture service

Our experienced service technicians take care of the professional repair and maintenance of your kitchen and wooden furniture on site, as well as the repair and cleaning of stone worktops. We offer our customers solutions that allow damage to be repaired quickly, cleanly and sustainably - often without having to replace entire furniture parts. As part of our collaboration with furniture stores, kitchen manufacturers and service providers, we also handle complaints professionally. When complaints are reported, we record the damage digitally, document the condition in full and determine the cause of the damage. A neutral final report offers full transparency and traceability. In addition, systematic kitchen inspections can be carried out in which every component is checked and evaluated. In this way, we combine craftsmanship with structured service processes - for satisfied end customers and efficient complaint management processes.

Measurement service

Thanks to innovative 3D laser technology, we offer precise and error-free measurements for a wide range of requirements. Our permanently employed service technicians create a complete, digital room measurement directly on site at the customer's premises. Our measuring service is not only used for classic kitchens, but is also suitable for individual installation situations. These include kitchen measurements, worktops, niche rear walls, window sills, cabinet solutions, staircases, fireplaces and garage doors. We provide you with the recorded data in PDF format as standard. On request, we can also supply DWG or DXF files for direct further processing in CAD and kitchen planning systems. Thanks to our specially developed interface solution, seamless integration into many common kitchen planning tools is also possible. Should there be any deviations despite all due care, we naturally guarantee our measurements - transparently, reliably and free of charge.
